- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji masala

- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
For the Pav:
- 8 pav (small bread rolls)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
For the Bhaji (Vegetable Mash):
1. Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
4. Add the finely chopped bell peppers and cook until they become soft.
