Instructions:
Step 1: Grind the Cashew Nuts
Begin by grinding the cashew nuts into a fine powder. You can do this using a high-quality food processor or a dry grinder. Make sure not to over-grind, as it might release the cashew oils and make the mixture sticky.
Step 2: Prepare the Sugar Syrup
In a separate saucepan, add sugar and water. Heat the mixture on medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves. Once the sugar syrup reaches a one-string consistency (when you take a small amount between your fingers, it should form a single string), it's ready.
